  • The awning must be secured with ALL its anchor ropes at all times and immediately after opening.
  • The geyser door must be open when in use.
  • When switching form gas to electric or vice versa for the geyser, the geyser must be switch of.
  • Open the drain tap for the washing basin.
  • Ensure that the bed is secured with its stay. Pull out and lift. It should not be able to move back.
  • When closing the Awning ensure that the right bracket is turned in.
  • All tools are in the nose.
  • You are equipped with a wheel spanner. An allen key is attached to the one spanner – that is for removing the hub caps.
  • There is a submersible pump in case you have to draw water from a non-municipal source in the nose.
  • Turn on the gas at the back.
  • Keep in mind that the 220V plugs only work when connected with external power. Connect at every opportunity to load battery. All 12V connections and lights work from the battery. There is solar charging for 12V.
  • Switch geyser to 220V when connected and gas when not connected.
  • Is the travel blanket secure?
  • Is the jockey wheel secure and the emergency cable connected?
  • Have you checked the indicators, lights and brake lights?
  • Are all the covers closed and the roof down?
  • Are there no canvas protruding from the roof?
  • Is the gas pot closed?
  • Are all the switches down in the caravan?
  • Is the washing basin drain tap closed?
  • Fuses: Next to the geyser.
  • Tools: in the nose cone.
  • Ropes, ratchets, hammer and tent pegs: in the nose cone.
  • Main switch: right side under the bed. Only for emergency shut down.
  • Missing or broken items will be replaced per set.
  • R1000 will be deducted from deposit if porta potty is not cleaned.
  • If sand tracks are used it will be replaced at your cost.
  • You use the caravan at your own risk.
